CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Yes you can, following these conditions:

- You cover the shipping costs, as well as tax duty (if any).

- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it in and still have the tag on.

- You can send your item(s) back in it’s original packaging or packaging of your choice as long as it matches the requirements of your chosen carrier and keeps the item(s) protected.

- Send your package to PAPESSE APPAREL, Forster Strasse 18, 10999 Berlin Germany

- Please print the invoice that has been sent to you by email during your purchase and put it inside your package.

- Once we receive your package, we’ll proceed to refund you through PayPal or by bank transfer, depending on your choice, as long as the item is returned in the same condition as you received it in. We can’t refund the shipping fees.
